Order Cancellation by VGC
In the event of any logistical constraints, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent VGC from processing or delivering an order, VGC reserves the sole right to cancel such order. In such cases, the applicable refund shall be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.
This provision shall not apply in instances where delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, or any other reason attributable to the customer. If the order is returned to VGC under such circumstances, any refund, if approved, shall be processed only after deduction of return shipping costs, logistics fees, and any other charges incurred in processing and attempting to fulfill the order.
